Return Policy

All items in my shop are handcrafted and made to order. Because of this personalized production process, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will provide a replacement for the same item only if the damage or error is confirmed.
